Thinking about getting a fanless mini PC to consolidate tasks from some RPi. Trying to decipher spec’s because there so many choices and clones.

I’m going to 3D print some more gridfinity bins for my garage drawers. It’s amazing how much space these have freed up.

Juniper, oh Juniper. Why do you hate me?
Allergy season has arrived and Juniper pollen is set to max. All those hay fever symptoms plus my brain enters a fog bank.
Seems like Manton buckled down and finally found the bug that has been screwing up my Micro.blog posting for months.🤞I was on the verge of doing my own thing so, hopefully, this saves me from that. Not how I want to spend my time.

😋 Guilty pleasure: Cinnabon. Nom nom
🌝 Eating far too many of the oatmeal raisin cookies my wife just made 🍪
These squares are very short but I don’t think this filament roll is gonna make it. Standing by to do a quick swap.

I explored Jekyll and set up a test environment using GitHub pages. Took awhile because I made the mistake of looking at Github’s way too complicated instructions. Tinkered with a few scripts to pull my social posts automatically. I’m not sure what my destination is yet. It’s a journey.🚢
Github pages wrangling done. Now to do something more enjoyable.
Finally set up GitHub auth to use 1Password👍🏻
Now on to GitHub Pages…

I think I’ve found the love of my life. Her name is Mona. 😜
Mona is a seriously good Mastodon app that “gets me”. I would recommend giving it a try as I find Mona markedly better than some of the apps that seem to be darlings lately. Tons of capability and customization.

I installed PrusaSlicer 2.6 yesterday and enabled Organic (aka tree) supports. The supports are really lovely in structure. And as advertised are very effective and trivial to remove. I printed this yesterday using the default supports and getting them off was a real pain.
The is for a Samsung T5 and enables me to hang it off the back of my iMac.

🙉 Just saw an old fashion flame fest break out on my Mastodon feed. Don’t miss those. Happy to be able to mute them.
It has been a good week for app discovery. First @cheribaker pointed me to kagi.com for search and then I snuck into the @MonaApp beta on Test Flight I am loving them both. My world is just that much more at peace.
♨️ TFW you send a print job encoded for PETG but have PLA filament loaded.
I randomly tried the Mona iOS beta test link this morning and I’m shocked - it let me in. First impression is very positive. Could this be the one?

💩 Well today Micro.blog decided my site should be “Not Found”. The fun continues.
