A frugal man, I suppose. Paying for a few groceries at the self service machine using a ziploc bag of coins. Verrrrry slowwwwly. The machine was rejecting ~25% of the coins & it took time to evaluate each coin he put in. Hopefully he was acting by choice rather than necessity
