It is an absolutely beautiful day today! I like the mix of cool old school buildings with modern ones.
Our son’s cohort after their 6th grade graduation walk. Their ‘one word’ for the year: resilience.
Our son graduated elementary school today (6th grade) and in lieu of an indoor event the school organized a drive thru parade with a GLOW theme. So we started attaching glowy balloons, glow sticks etc to my car. No final picture but here’s an in-progress shot.
It is so great to see and hear fans at Premier League games! And the players are really responding!⚽️

I love a good Manhattan. Sadly mine are generally rather poor. But I tried a different vermouth today and the result was good. Not great but at least good. I shall persevere!

First time in a very long time: hanging out at a local indie coffee shop on a rainy day getting some work done. ☕️
It’s a glorious day for some patio time. Being in Texas we have to cherish these before the summer heat sets in.
I built a spice/condiment rack on my wife’s outdoor potting bench/cooking station. Pictured with and without her charcoal hibachi and sterno grills. This bench sits next to our Weber grill.
Chores all morning. Now being lazy in perfect weather.
