1. What time do you want to leave?
2. Do you want breakfast?
Everyone’s answer is always “what do you want to do?”.
Passing over (euphemism)
Today feels like the first real day of 2024 for my family. My SIL passed on the 30th and was laid to rest yesterday.
No need for sympathy. It was a natural event and everyone is coping just fine. Today marks a new beginning.
Our new year activity:
* Last night was a family game night with a few rounds of Catan then a midnight toast
* Today my wife is making 150 egg rolls (most to be given away), cooking like a boss
